The historic Dana Warp Mill, built in 1880 in the industrial town of Westbrook Maine has been converted into a modern multi-use office complex.

T.A. Napolitano was tasked with installing a complex fire alarm system throughout the mill which spans 250,000 square feet over 5 floors.
